Young scientists face crossroads at the beginning of their careers, at work, in their families, and in society.
It is crucial for them to cultivate active relationships and develop networks within diverse scientific environments, disciplines, and cultures.
Alma, a 33-year-old scientist with a creative and sharp mind, propelled her research in new directions at the intersections of different disciplines.
The Alma Dal Co Foundation provides opportunities for scientific exchange and knowledge-sharing among early career researchers, cultivates interdisciplinarity, and fosters interaction between young and established scientists.
The Foundation also promotes inclusion, diversity, and new ways of approaching scientific inquiry.
This ethos nurtures the Foundation ongoing and future initiatives, whether they be scientific meetings, lectures, awards, scholarships, educational programs, or grants.
